What candles are the most natural?
Nontoxic candles provide a healthier and more eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin candles. Toxic free options are soy wax candles and beeswax, both are great choices.
What is the heathiest candle to burn?
Soy wax is derived from natural soybean oil and doesn't produce any harmful toxins when burned. A safer alternative for both the environment and human health.
How do you make soy wax candles?
- Measure out the soy wax this usually comes in flakes and is really easy to measure out
- Melt the soy wax on a stove or wax burner.
- Once melted pour a measured amount into a jug.
- Add wax dye for colour.
- Measure out and add fragrance oil for your scent.
- Prepare wick and containers and secure wicks.
- Pour the melted wax into your candle containers.
- Let the candle cool
- Trim the wicks
What is a good handmade gift to buy?
Handmade candle make a great gift, for starters these last longer than commercially produced ones. When made by hand these will have a longer burn time, meaning you get to enjoy the scent for much longer. Candle gifts work for birthdays, Christmas or for any occasion.
Are soy Candles better for you?
Yes due to soy wax being non toxic these make a great burning candle. These are safer for you and the environment and burn at a lower temperature than paraffin wax meaning a slower burn and a longer lasting candle.

How do you use wax melts?
Simply place your wax melts onto the dish of a burner and place a tea light candle underneath. Depending on the strength of the scent you want to achieve you can add more than one.
What's the difference between a candle and wax melts?
A candle uses a wick with a flame to melt the wax, while wax melts use heat to melt the wax. Wax melts are small pieces of wax mixed with fragrance oil, once heated up they release the fragrance into the air.

- Carefully remove cap and place the reeds inside the reed diffuser
- All reeds are fibre which helps for gradual absorption
- To increase the life of your reeds we advise turning them carefully one a week

- We advise you to place reed diffuser on a protective plate or mat to protect surfaces from any spillages
- If the reed diffuser comes into contact with clothes, fabrics this may cause staining
